Also contained in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
